Future Plans:
I plan to study animal science at Purdue University. I hope to become a vet one day.
How many years have you been showing? Do you show any other species?
I have been showing goats for 8 years. I showed swine for 5 years.
Other hobbies besides showing livestock?
Fishing, lifting weights, spending time with my mom, two sisters, and brother-in-law.
Best stock show memory:
My best memories of showing are taking long road trips with my dad. Those mementoes are so important because I lost my dad last year.
Tell us about your recent champion:
My recent champion’s name started out as Viper until she lost one of her horns and we renamed her Unicorn. She has a wide skeleton and a wide rack. She Carrie’s the width of her each throughout her whole top. She balances on the profile well while still having plenty of mass.
What is one word that describes the feelings you had stepping foot into the Grand Drive?
Surreal
