Your favorite stock show memory?
My favorite memory of showing livestock was winning Champion Senior Doe Showman at the State Fair of Texas. There were almost 70 kids and I thought I didn’t have a goat that would work for me for showmanship. My mom told me to take my little doe, Hooch. For those of you who don’t know me, I am on the taller side so squatting down to show a tiny doe like Hooch was hard for me. But I went into showmanship anyways and had zero expectations for the outcome. To my surprise the judge wanted me, I don’t think I’ve even cried harder after winning something. I sobbed on my moms shoulder for a good 10 minutes because this was my first win on a state level!

Do you have a lucky show shirt, jeans, etc? If so, what is it?
I have a lucky everything. My show get up consisted of light blue pinstriped Ralph Lauren button down, golden pocket sevens, State Fair belt buckle, specific jewelry set, blue goat socks, and so much more! I guess you could say I’m superstitious
If you could be anyone in the world, who would you be and why?
I would be myself, I honestly wouldn’t change anything. I’m blessed to have won what I have but that is merely the little things. I love every part of my life even the college classes that I don’t necessarily enjoy.
