What’s your Goat name? and what made him/her so special?
My goats name is “Yoda”.  He is special because he works well with me in the show ring.  When at home he is always in your back pocket and loves to race me back to the barn after I work him.

Throughout your show career what’s been your favorite Goat?
This is a tough decision. This past year I showed a goat named Diego. Him and I traveled to many different new shows and I was able achieve goals I had set. This year with Yoda, I have been able to set higher goals and work hard to achieve them. Both of these goats have helped me to learn that many hours, hard work, and determination pays off in the show ring.

What do you tell yourself right before you go into the ring?
I tell myself to show hard and do my best. I also bend to my goat and tell them we got this.

What’s your dream college to attend?
Any school with agriculture related programs

What’s your favorite thing to do in the barn?
I like to mix up the feed and help up with daily health information.

What’s your favorite show? and why?
My favorite show is Arkansas Youth Expo (AYE). It is a state show and I get to hang out with my friends. AYE has a celebration of champions at the end of the show and I love challenging myself to be on that stage each year.

How do you stay focused on reaching your goal?
I stay focused by setting goals each year and checking them off. I work a lot of hours in the barn each day. With the help of my family I push myself and work until my goals are accomplished.

Who has been your biggest influence?
I have had many influences with showing goats. My family always  has my back. With the help of my uncle Dustin and aunt Stephanie they push me to not give up and do my best, even if Sometimes we get angry at each other. My nana and grandpa take and drive me to all of my shows and show me hard work pays off.  My mom and siblings help me with the care of my goats and keeping my goals in mind. I am so thankful they are in my life!

Another big influence is Kaylie Stone. She helps me to become a better showman and encourages me to set high goals and work hard to achieve them. I am so thankful for everything she has done for me and continues to push me to strive to reach my goals.
