Future Plans:
I plan to attend Texas Tech or Oklahoma State and study something in the agricultural industry.
How many years have you been showing? Do you show any other species?
I’ve been showing since I was 11 years old. Along with goats, I also show lambs and steers.
Other hobbies besides showing livestock?
The only hobby that comes to mind is working with my animals at home.
Best stock show memory:
Definitely winning my first major with both sheep and goats at State Fair of Texas.
Tell us about your recent champion:
Yam, short for Yammothy, was by far one of the easiest goats to break. Fun fact- Tate and I had never seen him laying down in his pen.
What is one word that describes the feelings you had stepping foot into the Grand Drive?
Eager
Favorite Livestock Show:
State Fair of Texas is definitely in contention, but I’d have to say Houston and San
Antono due to how competitive they are.
